Realistic 3D Architectural Render

I have a complete set of 2-D architectural drawings and now need them translated into a clean, accurate 3-D model that can produce one or two realistic renders for an upcoming client presentation. The focus is on the building’s overall massing and main exterior forms—no furniture, fixtures, or landscaping are necessary at this stage. Please build the model directly in AutoCAD so I can open, review, and revise it in the same environment. The finished file should be well-layered and tidy, ready for future detailing, and accompanied by a high-resolution still render that convincingly communicates materials, light, and shadow to a non-technical audience. Deliverables • AutoCAD (.dwg) 3-D model showing the full exterior shell and roof geometry • One (or more, if efficient) realistic JPEG/PNG render at presentation quality I’ll supply the 2-D plans, elevations, and any additional reference you need as soon as we get started, and I’ll be available for quick feedback to keep the process smooth.
