Hello, La clave de este proyecto no es modelar las 60 viviendas por separado, sino interpretar correctamente el IFC, agrupar las dos tipologías y dejar una estructura energética sólida antes de ejecutar los cálculos finales. Puedo trabajar siguiendo sus procedimientos y documentación, investigar cuando aparezcan incidencias y mantener un primer modelo funcional listo para revisar antes del lunes. Una vez validada la estructura, continuaría con instalaciones, comprobaciones y documentación HE0/HE1. ¿Tiene ya disponible el IFC junto con la documentación técnica para comenzar inmediatamente con ese primer avance?
