Hello, I’d be happy to design your modern terrace as a comfortable relaxation area. I have experience with architectural and outdoor design, including seating layouts, modern aesthetics, lighting, and detailed CAD drawings. I can create a clean design that is both attractive and practical. I can provide: Modern terrace layout Comfortable seating area Outdoor lighting placement Material and finish suggestions Planting/landscape ideas if needed 3D views to show the final design Detailed CAD drawings for construction I pay close attention to the layout, lighting, materials, and overall atmosphere so the terrace feels modern and relaxing. I can also share relevant portfolio examples of my architectural and outdoor design work. Please send me the terrace dimensions, photos, or existing drawings, and I can get started.

Hi, A relaxation terrace comes down to one thing more than any furniture choice: how the lighting shapes the mood once the sun goes down. Seating creates the space, but lighting is what actually makes it feel like a place to unwind, not just an outdoor sitting area. How I'd approach it: Layout & seating concept — A modern, functional arrangement that feels open and calm, not cluttered Outdoor lighting design — Layered lighting (ambient, accent, task) to create the right mood for evening relaxation, not just visibility Material & finish direction — Clean modern aesthetic that ties the seating and lighting into one cohesive look 3D visualization — Realistic render so you can see the finished terrace before anything is built I'm attaching examples of recent outdoor/terrace design and lighting work so you can see the style and quality directly. Send over your space dimensions and any reference photos, and I'll have an initial layout and lighting concept back to you within a few days. Best, Khalid
