Connect ESP32 to headphones via bluetooth

Project requirements:
1. You have ESP32 device with Bluetooth on your side
2. You have Bluetooth headphones on your side
3. You have enough experience with ESP32 to complete this project at 1-2day.
Projects functions:
1. Need connect from ESP32 to headphones via Bluetooth (Headphones UUID can be placed in firmware as string)
2. Need receive voice from headphones mic, process it and send to some ESP32 pin
3. Need send audio to headphones from ESP32. Audio signal will come to another ESP32 pin
4. Functions 2 and 3 need work in the same time.
5. After you done work you need test it on your hardware and provide ESP firmware to me
