I'm looking for a skilled engineer in Melbourne who can design and build an intelligent laboratory assistant robot for me. Core Functions: - The robot must be able to navigate through a lab with obstacles using line following methods. - It needs to identify laboratory equipment using ArUco markers and a camera. - Interacting with students is a key aspect, done through a screen using a Natural Language Processing (NLP) model. - The robot should respond to student inquiries about equipment location, usage, and functions. - It should be able to visually display answers and instructions, with an optional voice output. - All of this must be controlled by Python, integrating all components into one cohesive system. Experience & Skills Required: - Proficiency in robotics design and construction - Extensive knowledge in Python programming - Experience with NLP models - Skills in using and integrating line following methods and IR sensors - Familiarity with using ArUco markers and camera systems - Ability to work on creating a system capable of navigating surfaces with obstacles. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the robot has efficient navigation through the lab, hence experience in obstacle navigation is crucial.
