This is a pretty simple one. Good way to test out a new writer. Same website: [url removed, login to view]
1.) Front page - I want to keep the first paragraph the same, but need to change/rewrite/or just get rid of the second paragraph. I've always hated the way it reads. Too cliched. Hate the "We designed this site to be".
So I want to get rid of that paragrpah and add 200-300 words about the site in a way that talks about the features, like a great knowledgebase/faq/glossary system [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view] I want to talk about the new blog that we will be writing for regularly: [url removed, login to view] It will have great articles about Boston, dining, real estate, financing, etc. In general I want sophisticated writing that makes readers want to continue into the website.
2.) The relocating page - needs serious help - [url removed, login to view] - Need a 200-300 word description before the form. We want to let them know that we will be able to assist them throughout all of the steps of their move and have the contact us when they are ready to take the first steps..
3.) I am making a special block for the tops of certain sections. These need to be about 150 words each. They need to urge users to read the rest of the pages in that section to find out how we do business and have them contact us, but obviously better phrased than I can do. :)
I would recommend that the new writer read a little bit of the site first to get comfortable with what we are trying to say.
