I am looking for an Articulate writer with good command on English language and one who is adept in understanding the pulse of real estate industry and provide topics and content which would generate interests from visitor. Mine is a startup real estate agency in Mumbai with a budget limitation and hence I would be looking for someone who is interested in long term association and in turn I would pay fixed amount per article and also willing to pay 2% of the brokerage revenue that I get paid on closure which would be approx 150 to 200$ per closure and in the 1st year I am targeting around 4 to 5 closures.
