We have been actively developing a community based, rural sustainable tourism program as a social venture enterprise and the web site is 90% completed. However, there have been serious critiques of the design and content writing. We rely on representatives of small communities to provide descriptions and stories for content. We also rely on accommodation owners to give us both accurate data (price, rooms, etc) and their own content and stories. Neither is working very well. However, we can always get the raw data. In addition, the criticism of the site design ranges from "uninteresting" and "not unique" to "this is terrible". The site must have content that tells a story about country, community and only then, accommodations. Bookings are a key element of the site but not up front. The area the program covers is currently Ukraine, Turkey and Georgia to be expanded later to Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova. We want to launch the pilot in early spring. We have attached the project description.
