I have been doing the business of IT and technical engineering recruiting for 9 yrs. During that tenure I have been through various vendors for applicant tracking, job workflow, client management, and reporting. All lack the features necessary to be a complete system, incorporating all of the functionality that is required for success in our business.
I am wanting to build a software program that can be deployed here locally at our company and then sold once proven in workplace environment. We will need all vertical areas, managing contacts within companies, clients, applicants, job postings (internally and web), email, job workflow, reporting, etc.
Due to scalability, I would like to consider options when thinking of what technology is used to build the product. We will be targeting small companies in the beginning with anywhere from 1-5 users, and it should be able to be deployed on desktops only if needed. Also, want it scalable for client-server and remote hosting if client requires and does not want to support their own data.
This project we will test in our own environment and then sell once it is complete. All license rights must be turned over to us and there will be no compensation or renumeration other than agreed cost of development.
