Preloading 3D animations in Director

We have a 3D animation that can be published as an avi file or quick time file. The animation is 30 seconds long and is approx 25mb. The file is the beggining intro to a CD presentation, the file has put into director because the file needs to display a full screen background. The finished presentation will be put onto 50mb CDs and needs to run smoothly.
What we are asking for someone who knows Director or a means of doing it in flash or any other way. Initially there is a stub loading file created in director, however we have been unable to preload the animation so that in runs smoothly off a CD.
This is a very urgent project and needs to be completed within one day.
The design of the director file is very simple:
one white background full screen
one 800 x 600 thin black border
and the animation is 640 x 480
We are an emerging graphic and web design consultancy who are looking to strike up on going business relationships with good web designers and more work will follow.
