1) Multiple Addresses. Form must be able to log multiple addresses of a client. These multiple addresses will be added to the form in schedule A and schedule B. In other words, for every additional address, a new address will be added to schedule A and a completely new schedule B, including the calculations with different monthly electric bills. We need to be able to input as many locations as the client has. Preferably through the use of an "add new location" button on the submission form. So, basically we need an "add new location button which will allow you to put in the address and average monthly electric bill. We need to be able to do this indefinately as some clients have MANY locations. 2) Lease Term. We require a drop down menu to choose the lease term. Lease term lengths are 36, 48 and 60. These must change the formulas. Currently, in the formula, it is always 36. This drop down box must change that value to whatever is chosen. We only require this once, not per location. Changes Results page: 1) This page should be blank when you go to it. It should have 2 drop down menus and a submit button. One to choose contract number, the other to choose company name. Upon submit, the approriate contract should be brought up on the page. This should be tied to the company name in the database as well as the key number. Either can be chosen to access the contract (IE: this page can be used to view contracts using either company name or contract number) 2) After choosing a contract and it being displayed, there should be a "printable version" button at the bottom. This should take you to the same printable version we get when we go to [url removed, login to view] and click on the view button. Formatting of the "printable version": We have attached a word document version of the contract. All empty fields are currently just underligned. The printable version needs to be formatted EXACTLY (spacing, paragraphs, bold, graphics at the beginning of the document, everything!) like this word document. Most importantly, upon printing it must be set so that on legal paper, they print on the same pages as they do on the word document. This is important because at the end of the contract the various signature pages all need to be their own page and the schedule A and multiple Schedule b's (one per location) need to be their own pages as well. The only difference between the printable version and the word document for convinience sake is that locations in shedule A need not be on seperate lines like they are in the document. IE: the address can all be on the same line. There will be more forthcoming contracts which we would be glad to offer to you if your service and pricing remain as exemplary as they have been. The next contract will be mostly HTML and graphics work as the page will change from an internal tool only to a corporate website and a sales tool.
