Get Data From Zillow Estimate / Eppraisal Estimate API

We have a page that allows users to enter a address, and then return a home value. We want to show estimates from zillow and eppraisal which both have API's to deliver this information. It will involve aggregating response from responses from two different APIs. Zillow Zestimate ([login to view URL]) and [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) Basically, client currently enters in an address, and we will add logic hooks to decide whether we process through our current api, or through the one you develop to provide an estimate to the client. We envision this as being a stand alone class, that will have it's structure somewhat like this: PropertyEstimation Public AddressToEstimate Public EstimateApiResults Public ApiResultsRetrieved as Boolean Public ZillowEstimateInfo Public EppraisalEstimateInfo Public AggregateEstimate (probably an average between the two) Public Sub GetApiResults() So, we would be able to declare a new instance of the class, set the address, call the GetApiResults, and then review the results. Perhaps you can come up with a more simplistic / streamlined logic, but this was just off the top of my head. ZillowEstiamteInfo and EppraisalEstimateInfo both need to be full response objects, not just the one estimate number from the response. I am aware that Zillow requires a property id to get an estimate, but that there are other API calls one can do to get the property ID from zillow based on address. This will need to be done. by GetApiResults. We are using vb.NET primarily, so code will need to be written in vb.net. Our source management is through github, so knowledge of working with Github is a requirement.
