64603 Banner Tool

Banner Tool- We need to fix and optimize our banner tool. Our banner tool has two sides. Administrative, and user. When a user of our site searches our database there are 4 criteria under which they can search. We are selling banner ads to clients specifically targeting each diffrent search criteria, or criterias. The administrative side needs to allow for administrators to upload, and specifically place a banner ad on the site. The user side needs to display the banners based on the search criteria. This tool is currently working, with several key problems. The administrative side allows for placing and moving a banner on the site, but the upload function does not work, and has to be done manually. The biggest problem is on the user side. Users now only see banners if they search under only 1 criteria. Using more than one criteria displays no banners at all.
