I have a request for a very simple system.
We are real estate agents in the uk and from time to time we send requests to another company for them to put a for sale board up outside someones house or a sold board.
I will want a series of fields that will capture information and send it to this company via email. I will also want an admin interface that allows me to list how many for sale boards have been erected, how many sold boards have been erected, how many boards we have erected in total (combination of for sale and sold). We also let properties and will have To Let boards and Let boards. I will also want the system to keep a record of how many boards we have in stock that are not erected outside a property. So for example, I might add 100 boards to the stock list but we erect 10 over a period of days. The stock record will now read 90 boards in stock and 10 boards in erected.
The fields that we will need to capture are Client name, address (all the fields that are relevant including postcode field), their telephone number, their email address. There will be an additional dropdown field depending on what type of board we want actioned eg for sale, sold, to let, let etc.
In admin there will be an area that allows me to add the details of the company or man that erects our boards . This information will be saved and we will not need to re enter this information each time we request a new board. We will have his email address in here aswell. When we submit the form the customer information will be sent to the email address we have for the board company.
In admin I will also want a reporting tool that lets me list how many boards were erected between certain dates.
As other offices might use this, when they login at the front screen ([url removed, login to view]) they will be taken to their area so that when they enter the board information the form is sent to whichever company they use. As the site administrator, I am the only person that can change this information.
I work for the Hitchin office and I want to request a for sale board for one of my clients. I goto [url removed, login to view] and enter my system username and password. I am then taken to a page where I can see what programs I have access to. I then click on Request New Board. I enter all the customer information and press submit. The information is sent to the board company to action. I do not see the email address it is sent to because I do not need to. All I see is a confirmation message detailing the type of board I have requested aswell as the customer information. I do not need to see the board company information as this is stored safely in admin.
Please tell me what you will charge for this and how long it will take. I am wanting this quite urgently.
