I am transitioning from a .Net site to a classic ASP coded site. I have some URLs from the .Net site that I would like to redirect within the new classic ASP site. In order to do this, I need to determine a couple of values within a Querystring of the .Net site. Note: I know NOTHING about .Net so anything you provide to me needs to be fully documented and compiled so all I have to do is drop the files into the appropriate directory. You must be VERY clear in directing me. I need the code in both non-compiled and compiled versions to verify security. Here's what I need: 1) I need a page called [url removed, login to view] that will be located within the /home directory. This will be the only .Net page on my website (which will be classic ASP). 2) The page will be called from URLs such as: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] In some cases, it might not have the "cn", so the script should look for the "cn" first and if you don't find it then look for a three digit number surrounded by "_" (underscores) and that will be the cn, such as: [url removed, login to view] 3) In every case, I need the [url removed, login to view] page to redirect to "../[url removed, login to view] 4) The XXX number will be the three digit number just after the "_cn_" phrase of the querystring, and the Y will be the next number after the "_" which is just after the "cn". For example, for this URL: [url removed, login to view] The .Net page should redirect to: ../[url removed, login to view] As another example, for this URL: [url removed, login to view] The .Net page should redirect to: ../[url removed, login to view] The cn parameter will ALWAYS be 3 digits. The div parameter will ALWAYS be 1 digit. I need detailed information on what to do with your supplied code. For instance: 1. These files (abc and xyz) are pre-compiliing, per your instructions 2. The file (def) is your [url removed, login to view] file and needs to be in your root directory (if needed) 3. The file (fgh) is your [url removed, login to view] file and needs to be in the /home directory I need this script ASAP (today or tomorrow). Thanks. The programmer that works with me and is very clear on deliverables will be given a lot of additional work in the future. Thanks for bidding!
