We currently utilize Microsoft DynamicsCRM and would like a Customer Login portal from where the customer can login and have access to the list of cases currently being worked on as well as historical cases that have been resolved. We would also like our customers to be able to add new problems via the CRM which automatically create a Case in DynamicsCRM for us. We have been using Microsoft DynamicsCRM 4.0 for months now and have a large amount of data which we would like accessible from the customer portal including contact telephone numbers for the client, address, etc which can all be dynamically updated as required. We would like the customer portal to be programmed in ASP or .NET and must run on IIS.
