Expert .net / full stack developer for Volunteer Management System

We are looking for a developer for our volunteer management system. It is a .net application. For frontend we are using Bootstrap template from Falcon. For our project we require knowledge in:
- Asp.Net core
- JavaScript
- Entity Framework Core
For start we are looking for partner who can help us converting existing application page into (already created) bootstrap html file. This project needs some time to getting into it but we are looking to find someone to work with in the long run over the next couple of months/years for different projects in our volunteer management system.
Budget depends on qualification.
