We are an AC repairing company. We have Dynamic 365 Sandbox, where we works on field
service to create work order, assign resource and generate invoice. We are having some
problem in this.
1. I am admin of this site. In my Dynamic 365, I have created a Dashboard but it is not
showing in my mobile application (Field Service-Dynamic 365).How to create a
dashboard in my mobile application?
2. I have created Work Order in Field Service and assign it to resources. I have created
agreement also but invoice is not generating automatically. When I tried to add
Products and Service, they are added in Sales not in Field Service. I have added a
clause where as per the working hours completed, the automatic invoice would be
generated with the pricing of $20 per working hours but due to some reason I aren’t
able to generate the mentioned invoice as per the clause structure.
3. How to add synchronization filter on a field agent's account? I do not want to show
resources their completed work order.
4. I want to create a workflow/MS flow for alert, whenever a work order is assigned to
a field agent, a mail will be sent to that field agent.
