We need an ecommerce shopping cart site designed in .NET / DOT NET
NO OSCOMMERCE, but with most of same features.

SEO optimized and SEO friendly. All URLS must look like [url removed, login to view] etc.... NOT [url removed, login to view]
The checkout method for the site will have 2 options: paypal, or a secure email form with CC info so we can process the order manually on our machine.
The backend must be have admin controls to make categories, add products, all basic and advanced shopping cart features as featured in common ecommerce shopping sites, as well as customer login, online order retrieval, etc. Customers should have the option to purchase without registering. Shipping calculater (intergrated to UPS and USPS) and online tracking for customers.
Also in place must be an auto watermark feature so that all uploaded images have our watermark.
