We want a website to be designed with a few pages. The website will be connected to an .NET core 5 web API, so we want the frontend to also be written using .NET Core 5 MVC using razor pages written in Visual Studio 2019 using C# using the latest bootstrap methods. The pages must be mobile friendly.
We have built an extensive .net core 5 web API in c# that connects to many databases and APIs. Our goal is build a front-end UI for that API that is best-in-class and delivers an outstanding experience for the users.
In conducting market research, we believe the site must implement motion and 3D layering of web elements. A static look will be boring and uninviting and not meet our requirements.
The user will be a United States military veteran, therefore it MUST contain images that reflect what a military veteran would expect. Suggestions include: a flag blowing in the wind motion effect, images of military veterans (not active) such as retirees, amputees, etc. The pages must have good branding that is consistent throughout.
We have a subscription to shutterstock, so any sample images from shutterstock may be used (with watermarks in design as placeholders); we will license the permanent version once you are done.
We need the following pages:
1. Marketing page for users who are not registered to explain what we are offering;
2. A registration page for new signups;
3. A terms and conditions page which loads content into two columns, with each section having a +/- icon to expand or collapse a section of the conditions;
4. A single application page for users to navigate and display data in the application;
5. A page for blog/article content
The application page must have areas placed for advertising. The content of the advertisements will be dynamic and must be able to be sourced from API. The quantity of advertisements should not be overwhelming, on or two on the page, which can change would be ideal.
