191068 Bug fixing in sql server 2000

I have an existing online directory in sql server 2000. There are various bugs which need fixing. The database stores info bout people and allows the people to login and change their own record. 1) There are buttons which open forms allowing people to change their entry, some work, some don't. Need fixing. 2) For one of the fields of information, if a user logs on and makes changes to this field, the new information appears in ALL records, not just theirs. 3) Some tables are hidden to administrators, such as the table which records when users have logged on. This means it is impossible to delete the record of someone who has logged on, because you get an error: "The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint". We need the records in the login activity table to be automatically deleting so we can delete the person record.
