ASP.Net C# Pull RSS Feed and Save to MS SQL Database

Simple ASP.NET (and C#) code to pull multiple RSS Feeds (Feedburner format) and save them in a MS SQL Server database. The code should allow for designated pull times per each feed. The code should handle embedded pictures in the feed. The SQL DB Table should include the Name of the feed.
FYI: Website platform is Sitenfity 5.0 and this code will be placed in a Module / Widget.
$ 100 Bonus if Software Developer can write code for the designer side of the widget to change the rss feed and the pull interval.
