231310 Site Update & Minor Redesign

We want to do a minor facelift on our web site We need the site's layout slightly modified and some minor color changes done The new design needs to be applied to 1 header file, 1 Footer File and 6 "main" or "body" pages including applying the new design work to our site's .asp code. we want all links to be text with background (css) as we will be making the site multilingual and do not want to have to create images anew each time. We wish to maintain the majority of our color scheme, logo, etc, but want a cleaner, fresher more web 2.0 look & feel to the site. The design must be unique, and professional, no premade template type work will be considered. Once again this is an extremely easy and small job, so bid accordingly No access to server possible, but we are online almost all days and can upload files to a dummy or test folder daily updating your work and allowing you to do testing should it be needed. payment on completion, NO ESCROW, NO EXCEPTIONS Copy Paste Bids and Ridiculous High Bids, etc will be deleted and those bidders banned from future work We also have more work we will need done, so quality work at fair prices will earn more work from us as well.
