send and receive xml document to server

I own a virtual tour company and we allow our clients to build virtual tours. After completion our clients can post these tours to [url removed, login to view], another website. [url removed, login to view] has automated interface that I want to use based on xmlhttp. I need a programmer who understands this interface to consult and program a page within my website to send an xml file to the [url removed, login to view] server and then recieve the xml response from the server and parse the information for storage in a access database. This is the first in a series of projects I have planned for my site so I would like to find someone well versed in asp and flash for a long term relationship.
