Development of IPRN Management Panel

Looking for a skilled freelancer to design and develop a comprehensive panel for managing International Premium Rate Numbers (IPRN) services. The panel should include the following features: - Carrier management: Add carrier details, IPs/Ports, and personal notes. - Number management: Bulk upload numbers via CSV, allocate numbers to clients, edit pricing, and manage unallocated numbers with IVR playback. - Advanced search and reporting: Search by client, carrier, range, country, rate, etc., with CSV export options. - Client management: Add client details (name, email, phone), allocate numbers to clients, and generate invoices. - Statistics: CDRs, live calls, reports on calls/minutes/payouts per carrier or client with CSV export options. - Secure platform with high capacity and quick installation script (.sh) including Asterisk/FS setup.
