I'm looking to improve our Jira service desk for an internal IT service desk environment.
Jira is already installed and in-use and has some configuration completed, so I'm looking to add the polish to make it a great tool that staff want to use.
Some of the tasks I want to complete are:
Changing the workflow to be more representative of how we deliver service
Changing SLA's response times
Setting up ticket categories
Linking AD to allow reporters to be staff
Communication and use of portal
Email notification triggers
Ticket update email format
Improving on dashboard reporting
