I need a Jira Service Management system optimised, with a focus on facilitating IT support services for multiple clients i.e. visibility of incoming tickets, SLA breached tickets, etc across multiple clients, . The core features required are: - Management dashboard with visibility across clients - Incident Management: Creating, updating, and escalating incidents when the need arises. - Problem Management: Identifying, logging, and managing problems. Coordinating with the team to derive solutions and prevent future incidents. - Change Management: Overseeing and managing changes to the IT infrastructure. Ideal candidates should not only have experience with Jira Service Management but also an understanding of best practices in IT Support Management. They should have strong communication skills to train and support other team members in using the system effectively.

As a customer service representative with a three year work experience, I am very proficient with answering tickets within the stipulated SLA. I am well equipped with working with Fresh desk and Hubspot. Working with Hubspot, I have been able to manage incidents, calm irate customers, create, update and escalate tickets when needed. I am an excellent problem management and a good team player. At Fabtech Computers, I help set up and train other teammates in using Freshdesk. With this knowledge, I have been able to learn how to navigate other CRM tools. When I saw Atlassian Jira on this job post, wIth the help of my knowledge with Freshdesk and Hubspot, I created a workspace and raised a ticket for myself. I spent sometimes to navigate the tool and get myself accustomed with the tool. If employed, I will create a seamless flow of work and improve the quality of service that the company provides.
