I have a single Dutch-language audio recording that runs for a little over an hour. The sound quality is generally clear but there is some moderate background noise, so careful listening and a good ear for Dutch nuances will be important. Here is what I need: • A verbatim transcript in Dutch, delivered as a clean, well-formatted text or Word document. • Correct spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks that match natural speech flow. • Speaker tags only when the speaker changes and is clearly identifiable. • A brief note of any unintelligible sections, marked with a timestamp (e.g., [inaudible 12:34]), but keep these to an absolute minimum. Every word need to be exact the same and I will go through the whole file when done.
