I need a complete PCB solution for a three-way passive audio crossover. The board must accommodate inductors, capacitors and resistors only, route the high-, mid- and low-frequency paths cleanly, and be ready for immediate manufacture. Here is what I expect from you: • Translate my schematic (or, if you prefer, verify and optimise it first) into a neat, single-sided or double-sided layout that respects low-noise analogue practices and keeps coil coupling to a minimum. • Produce all standard fabrication files—Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place data and a clear silk legend—and a BOM with part numbers that are available from major suppliers. • Arrange or guide a short prototype run so I receive finished boards I can test in my speaker cabinet. I’m flexible on board size and connector style; propose what you think works best for typical home-audio crossovers and I’ll confirm. If you regularly use KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA or a similar mainstream package, that’s perfect—just send me the editable project along with the exports. Deliverables will be approved once the boards pass a simple frequency-sweep test showing clean separation of high, mid and low bands with minimal insertion loss.
