KINDLY READ THROUGH MY PROPOSAL ESTO ES LO QUE HARÉ - Diagnosticar el cortocircuito principal (medir consumo en reposo, buscar cortos en rails ±15 V / +48 V phantom, revisar diodos de protección y reguladores 7815/7915 o 7812). - Reparar la transmisión de audio al módulo principal: revisar cables flat, conectores internos, buffers op-amp (NE5532/TL072) y posibles falsos contactos en el conector ribbon. - Localizar y eliminar ruido/distorsión en canales: medir offset en op-amps, revisar condensadores electrolíticos secos (especialmente 10–47 µF en paths de señal), cambiar potenciómetros sucios, revisar tierra analógica y posibles bucles de masa. - Entregar consola funcional + lista de componentes reemplazados y mediciones finales. EXPERIENCIA RELEVANTE - 2025: Reparación completa de Mitec Joker 16 canales – cortocircuito en phantom + ruido en 8 canales (cambió 22 condensadores y 3 op-amps). - 2024: Mitec Varydesk 24 canales – sonido intermitente por flat cable dañado + distorsión por potenciómetros oxidados. PREGUNTAS (para afinar diagnóstico rápido) - Cuántos canales en total tiene tu consola (8, 12, 16…)? - El cortocircuito aparece al conectar phantom, al subir faders o está siempre presente? - Qué síntomas exactos ves en el módulo principal (sin audio, bajo volumen, distorsión en todos o solo algunos canales)? - Puedes enviar fotos del interior (placas, zona de alimentación y conectores ribbon)?

Si la mesa se enciende debe haber solo un cortocircuito parcial, es decir que una parte del circuito consume demasiado pero la corriente esta limitada. En ese caso hay que buscar algun componente que se caliente (seguramente un regulador o transistor, aunque a veces hay condensadores que dan problemas de este tipo). Si tienes una camara termografica seguramente se encuentre rapido. Otra opcion es ir checkeando las tensiones en los puntos de tests. Alguno de ellos debe dar una tension mas baja que la esperada. En ese caso el problema esta acotado. Identifica los componentes conectados a ese nodo, alquno debe ser la causa del problema. Si sospechas de alguno puedes tambien apagar el equipo y ver si el componente esta roto (por ejemplo colector y emisor cortocircuitados en el caso de un transistor).
