The reception will take place in an indoor hall and I want guests to enjoy a real-time view of our grand entrance on the big screen. I’ll rely on you to capture the moment, stream it live to the supplied projector or large TV, and make sure the feed is smooth, well-lit and clearly audible from the first step through the doors to our arrival at the head table. Ahead of the day, I also need a short pre-dance tribute video that we can play just before our first dance. Think of it as a heartfelt montage set to romantic music—photos, short clips, and any candid footage we provide—edited into a polished piece that flows naturally with the chosen soundtrack and finishes at the perfect cue for us to take the floor. Deliverables • Live multi-camera (or single-camera if you’re confident) coverage of the entrance, streamed to the in-hall screen/projector in HD or better, with backup recording for later use. • Final edited “pre-dance tribute” video, 3–5 minutes long, colour-graded, mixed with the romantic track, delivered in MP4 (1080p) and a web-ready version. • All raw footage transferred to us on a drive or secure download link within a week of the event. Acceptance Criteria • Zero noticeable lag or dropouts on the live stream. • Tribute video approved after one round of minor tweaks. • Audio levels balanced for both live stream and edited video. If you already work with switchers such as ATEM Mini, stable streaming encoders, and full-frame or 4K cameras that downscale cleanly to HD, that experience will be a plus, but I’m open to your preferred setup as long as picture and sound stay crisp. Let me know your plan for cabling, on-site monitoring, and any crew you’ll bring so I can coordinate hall access.
