House Plans Modification Needed - 11/04/2026 08:30 EDT

. I am a licensed North Carolina general contractor on the coast of North Carolina. I recently purchased online a set of house plans to build on a lot. We have on a waterfront community. There’s some changes I would like to make adding a foot to the upstairs and downstairs with changing some things on the elevations mainly is what I need and I want some of the details on the cut sheet removed from the plans only on finishes so I don’t confuse the HOA when they review the plans. I have the AutoCAD and the PDF of the plan and would like to get these changes made as soon as possible. Scope of Work: - Adjustments needed primarily in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen/utility areas. - Changes to the exterior elevation are also required. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in architectural design and modifications - Experience with material and finish selections - Strong understanding of spatial layout, especially in residential designs - Attention to detail, ensuring changes are cohesive and aesthetically pleasing Please share your portfolio and relevant experience.
