The specs will need to adhere to UK planning, design and building regulations. Please note that the project is not going to result in an actual house build, it is for information purposes only. The house is approximately 400 square metres. I can provide photos and the floorplan of the house. I would need the following information 1. detils about foundations/footing including estimation of depth 2. strutural details including beam and column designs and window and door lintels 3. details about floor construction particular the first floor floor construction as this seems a little complicated including details about the circular floor around the staircase. The floor will be block and beam ground floor and timber on the first floor. 4. details about the roof design including attic trusses and flat roof in attic 5. details including structural regarding the portico 6. details about drainage (on the assumption that the sewer runs under the house from left to right) About the em
