I want an architect to align the bottom portion of my home with the top, so that I might brick it. The project would include framing up the lower portion of the house to align with the overhang of the 2d floor peak. The 2d floor peak extends approximately less than a foot from the first floor. I want to align the overhang so that I can evenly brick the front portion of the house. I believe that it would involve digging below frost line to lay concrete for the ledging. Then the second floor would be required to be framed down to this ledging. The present window would have to be Reset-in. The interior wall inside the house would have be torn down and replace new interior. That is my idea of what I need.
