I am a mechanical engineer offering full engineering and design support for your commercial wood-fired rotisserie system. I can handle the complete development process including mechanical drive design (torque calculations, motor selection, heat protection), thermal and combustion layout, structural frame design, electrical control coordination, sanitation-focused detailing aligned with NSF/ANSI principles, and safety/hazard analysis with NFPA 96 compatibility in mind. I will deliver Issued-for-Fabrication (IFB) drawings, detailed BOM, native CAD and STEP files, and supporting design documentation. I understand CSA/UL certification pathways and can design with certification requirements in consideration, while coordinating technical documentation as needed. Full IP ownership can be transferred upon completion.
