I’m building a bedroom-style house that also includes a hall, kitchen and dedicated pooja room, and I now need a qualified electrical designer to turn my rough layout into a fully detailed set of construction-ready drawings. Scope The plans must map every circuit, switchboard and conduit run for the entire home and clearly call out the fixtures I intend to install: lighting fixtures, power outlets, ceiling fans, AC points, geyser, solar-panel interface, TC, and CCTV. Bedrooms, kitchen and the pooja room all need special attention for load balancing and convenient switch placement, but the hall and common areas should be covered in the same level of detail. What I expect to see in the final package • Scaled floor-plan drawings with wiring paths, circuit tags and fixture legends • Single-line diagram showing distribution board layout, breaker ratings and earthing scheme • Load schedule with diversity factors for each room and appliance group • Cable sizing, conduit specification and installation notes that a local electrician can follow • PDF set for approval plus the editable source file (AutoCAD, Revit or similar—whichever you prefer) I’ll share the architectural plan in DWG/PDF as soon as we start.
