I already sketched a full set of prints for a single-story concrete-block residence here in Florida; the room dimensions and the core architectural features are all laid out. What I still need is a clean, permit-ready* structural drawing package that translates those sketches into professional plans. Scope • Structure only—no electrical, plumbing, or mechanical sheets at this stage. • Drawings must reflect the hip-roof design, twelve block courses for the exterior walls, a 12' × 22' rectangular pool, plus both the front and back porches exactly as shown on my sketches. • I need fully detailed views of the roof system and the two porches, along with all supporting sections, notes, and schedules necessary for an engineer to review later. Deliverables 1. PDF sheet set ready for printing and mark-up. 2. Original CAD file (DWG or comparable) so future revisions are straightforward. The goal is accuracy: dimensions, wall layout, and overall geometry must match my prints so the plans can slide straight into a future permit package without re-work.
