Looking for FMB designer for an agricultural Land

We have a Indian Revenue Department FMB agricultural land map. On it, having draft lines(draw) of survivor drawn picture with measurements. So, I am looking for a person who can redraw the complete maps along with Survivor given measurements.(Survivor drawn area has to be highlighted with by filling a suitable pattern by marking/calculating the total area for given survivor measurements.)
