Metal Retaining Wall Construction

In need of an engineer to draft an engineered retaining wall plan for submittal to the City of Heath (TX) for permitting purposes. The design of the wall is: 1) reinforced footer w/ 6-in x 1/4-in steel flat bar imbedded 3-in deep; the 3-in of exposed flat bar will be the attachment (welded) point for the metal wall 2) 1/4" x 4-ft x 8-ft plate sheet metal will be the visible wall surface and horizontal retainage of backfill dirt 3) Piers with exposed flat bar inset into retainage area will be the lower attachment point for a steel I-beam 4) The steel I-beam will span from the top of the 1/4" plate sheet metal diagonally down to the inset piers -- all metal-to-metal connections will be seam welded
