The Pty is an old double fronted weatherboard.
It has a central hallway with 3 Bedrooms to the right of the hallway and two double bedrooms to the left.
The central hall way opens to a lounge/dining room which extends across the back of the house, but not all the way across, its stops about two metres short of the boundary on the left, and in that two metres is a small bathroom about two by one and a half metres.
The second room on the left is the kitchen and it has an opening to the back lounge room which was the old external window.
We want to move the bathroom to the central single bedroom on the right side of the hall way.
With the old bathroom gone we want to extend the lounge/dining room to the boundary.
The old lounge/diningroom/bathroom will be demolished and replaced with a new room across the back of the property and the kitchen would be opened up to that new room by removing the wall and old external window that opened on the living room.
