Structural engineering plan validation

Hello,

I am putting a floor into my crawl/ basement. I will be filing for a permit, and so need supporting, structural engineering diagrams and an engineer of record for the filing. I have jumped the gun a bit, and started framing some of the joist and subfloor. The flooring spans are straightforward based on AWC span tables. The part I need the most help with involves removing 4x4 posts that support the plank-and-beam ceiling/ living space above (L 40psf, D 10psf, L/360). No bearing walls are being moved. I hope the attached drawings will provide enough initial information to support an initial effort/ cost swag. Certainly, further conversation is welcomed and expected if you are interested in the job. I am located in Oregon, and so an OSBEELS license will be necessary.
