Hi, The spreadsheet should be treated as the system of record rather than simply appending whatever Forms returns, otherwise duplicate or malformed rows can become difficult to manage later. I’d map each response field explicitly to the Excel columns and handle the email and attachments as a separate step in the same automated workflow.
