Role Overview We’re looking for a Google Workspace Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Chat, Forms, Admin Console, and AppSheet/Apps Script). You’ll work directly with company leadership to audit our current setup, identify inefficiencies, and build out automated, integrated systems that reduce manual work and improve communication between teams. This is not just a technical role , it’s also consultative. We need someone who can translate operational needs into streamlined digital systems. What You’ll Do ¬Review and map our current processes across: ¬Admin and office management ¬Building and maintenance coordination ¬Client and contractor communications ¬Cleaning and gardening scheduling ¬Design and implement automation workflows using: ¬Google Sheets formulas and automation ¬Google Apps Script / AppSheet ¬Gmail templates and rules ¬Calendar integrations ¬Drive organization systems ¬Create dashboards and reporting tools for visibility on jobs, schedules, and performance. ¬Simplify document and data management (forms, task tracking, and shared drives). ¬Develop easy-to-use templates and staff training materials. ¬Recommend other tools or APIs that integrate effectively with Google Workspace.
