Vessel Bunker Survey VBA Revamp

I have an older bunker survey workbook that no longer meets our needs for a newly delivered vessel. Rather than patching what exists, I’d like a clean Excel-VBA rebuild that uses my latest bunker survey form report and the ship’s calibration tables as the data backbone. excell must include in separate sheet all the other tanks in calibration tables except ballast and slop tanks you can see the attached documents Core objectives • Automate every calculation now done by hand so totals, variances, ROB and consumption figures update instantly when fresh tank soundings are entered. • Produce the same general reports my crew is accustomed to—daily summary, noon report extract, and charterer-ready bunker statement—at the click of one button. • Embed solid data validation throughout: – Input data from users (e.g., manual soundings, temperature, density) – Imported data from external sources (CSV / sensor logs) – Calculated data within the report (cross-checks versus calibration tables) What I will supply • a excell VBA project for reference • PDF calibration tables for tanks • Acceptance criteria 1. A single macro-enabled workbook (.xlsm) with clearly named modules and no hard-coded file paths. 2. Button-driven workflow that runs without runtime errors on Office 2016 and 365. 3. Built-in checks that flag out-of-range densities, negative consumptions, or missing tank data before a report can be saved. 4. Output reports match the format of the sample documents I provide, ready for print or PDF export. Once the tool passes a short onboard test, I’ll mark the job complete and release final payment.
