I need a fully-functional CODESYS application for a WAGO controller (either 750-885 or 750-8001) that communicates by Modbus TCP whose sole purpose is active fire-systems control. The installation is a multi-medium system; the program must drive individual discharge valves, monitor feedbacks and handle alarms for the selected extinguishing agents: • Water • Gas • Aerosol Key points I expect you to cover – Develop structured, well-commented CFC/ST or LD logic that starts, stops and supervises each medium, including interlocks, pre-discharge delays, abort functions and post-discharge resets. – Build a clean Modbus register map so field devices and the MASTER panel can read status bits and write commands without clashes. – Implement watchdogs, fault handling and fallback states that leave the plant safe if communications drop. – Create a simple HMI page inside CODESYS WebVisu (or another lightweight option) so I can simulate and fat-finger test every sequence before we go live. Deliverables 1. Complete CODESYS (2.3 0r 3.5) project file (.project archive) with all libraries and global constants. 2. A spreadsheet that documents every Modbus address, data type and engineering unit. 3. Step-by-step commissioning checklist plus short video or screenshots proving the logic runs in simulation. Specify PLC &I/O configuration and program a PLC control system based on the i/O quantity below 2x PLC (750-885) 21x Digital Inputs 39x Analogue inputs (8x 4-20ma, 31x resistive) 58x Digital outputs The PLC and I/O will be duplicated, both will feedback modbus data to the vessel master, loss of heartbeat signal will determine what PLC vessel master reads from

Dear Client, I will deliver a complete, field-ready CODESYS project for a WAGO controller (750-885 or 750-8001) that drives the active fire-systems with Modbus TCP. The design covers structured, well-commented LD/CFC/ST logic to start, stop, supervise each medium (Water, Gas, Aerosol), with interlocks, pre-discharge delays, aborts and post-discharge resets. A clean Modbus register map will prevent clashes between field devices and the master, and watchdogs with fault handling will keep the plant safe if communications drop, including safe fallback states. I will include a simple WebVisu page (or lightweight alternative) for simulation and fat-finger testing of every sequence before go-live. The delivered package will include the full CODESYS project (.project archive) for 2.3 or 3.5, a detailed Modbus address/ datatype/ engineering unit spreadsheet, and a commissioning checklist with visuals showing the logic in action. Develop an insightful question regarding the project to involve the client, tone should be Visionary English Questions for you: Which I/O mapping preferences should be used for the 21 DI, 39 AI (8x 4-20mA, 31x resistive) and 58 DO across both PLCs, and how should we handle Master/Slave data synchronization? Do you have preferred alarm priorities and interlock sequences for the three extinguishing media, and any required fail-safe states on loss of heartbeat? Are there any existing field devices with non-standard registers we must accommodate in the Modbu

Hello, I understand you need a fully functional CODESYS application for a WAGO controller (750-885 or 750-8001) using Modbus TCP to control fire-extinguishing systems. The project requires structured CFC/ST or LD logic to start, stop, supervise each medium (Water, Gas, Aerosol) with interlocks, pre-discharge delays, aborts and post-discharge resets; a clean, collision-free Modbus register map; robust watchdogs, fault handling and safe fallback states when the link is down; and a lightweight HMI (WebVisu or similar) to simulate every sequence before live use. My approach is to build modular, well-commented blocks for each medium, implement a clear master/slave register map for two duplicated PLCs, integrate heartbeat monitoring, and provide a testable WebVisu scene to fat-finger test flows. I’ll deliver a complete CODESYS project (2.3 or 3.5) with libraries and constants, a Modbus address/data unit spreadsheet, and a commissioning checklist with screenshots or a short video showing the logic running in simulation. Provide a single, crisp question that will help you move forward with the project. What I need from you to proceed includes clarifications on register mapping preferences, timing specs for pre-discharge delays, exact fault states on comms loss, alarm prioritization, and any branding/layout requirements for the HMI. Best regards,

Hi there, I thoroughly understand the requirements for the development of a fully-functional CODESYS application for a WAGO controller dedicated to active fire-systems control. My expertise lies in creating structured and well-commented CFC/ST or LD logic to manage individual discharge valves, monitor feedbacks, and handle alarms for various extinguishing agents. I propose to build a clean Modbus register map ensuring seamless communication between field devices and the MASTER panel. Implementing watchdogs, fault handling, and fallback states will guarantee plant safety in case of communication disruptions. Additionally, I will create a user-friendly HMI page within CODESYS WebVisu for efficient simulation and testing before deployment. My experience in PLC programming aligns perfectly with the specified PLC & I/O configuration, enabling me to deliver a comprehensive CODESYS project file, detailed Modbus documentation, and a commissioning checklist. I am confident in my ability to meet and exceed your expectations for this project. Let's discuss further how I can bring your active fire-systems control vision to life. Looking forward to the opportunity to work together. Ihsan Faridi

Hello there, your project immediately caught my eye because designing robust, safety‑critical CODESYS systems for WAGO hardware is exactly the kind of challenge I enjoy. I’ve delivered several multi‑medium fire suppression controllers, so I’m comfortable structuring CFC/ST logic with the interlocks, aborts, watchdogs and fallback behaviors you outlined. I can build you a clean Modbus map, simulate both 750‑885 PLCs in parallel and set up a WebVisu HMI so you can stress‑test every sequence before live commissioning. I’ll also structure the IO for your full dual‑PLC setup with proper heartbeat arbitration and safe‑state transitions. All deliverables, including the project archive and documentation, would be produced cleanly and clearly in US native spoken English. Best regards!

Hello, I understand that you need a robust CODESYS application for fire systems control on a WAGO controller, ensuring seamless communication via Modbus TCP. This project requires precise programming to manage multiple extinguishing agents effectively. With 12+ years of experience in full-stack development and automation, I can deliver structured logic in CFC/ST or LD that incorporates essential functions like interlocks, delays, and resets. My approach includes creating a clean Modbus register map and implementing necessary safety measures such as watchdogs and fallback states. Additionally, I will develop an intuitive HMI within CODESYS WebVisu for pre-launch simulation. I will provide complete documentation, including the project file, Modbus address spreadsheet, and a commissioning checklist with visual proof of functionality. Could you clarify if there are any specific standards or regulations we should adhere to for this fire control system? Looking forward to collaborating on this critical project!

Hi, I’ll develop a fail safe CODESYS application for WAGO with robust fire system logic and clean Modbus integration. You need multi medium control with interlocks, watchdogs, redundancy, and WebVisu testing; I’ve built similar PLC systems with structured ST logic and reliable Modbus mapping. I’ll deliver modular control blocks for water, gas, aerosol, full alarm handling, dual PLC heartbeat logic, and a conflict free register map. Simulation, documentation, and commissioning checklist will be included for safe deployment. Do you already have a preferred Modbus register structure or should I design one aligned with your master panel? Best Regards, Fizza Nadeem K
