Role & Responsibilities - Generate sales for our premium desi ghee products. - Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and grocery stores. - Develop B2B sales opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses. - Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business. - Conduct sales calls, WhatsApp outreach, email campaigns, and online meetings. - Maintain a sales pipeline and submit weekly progress reports. - Coordinate with the company regarding pricing, stock availability, and order processing. - Achieve agreed monthly sales targets. Candidate Requirements - Experience in FMCG, dairy, food products, or grocery sales is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to generate new business independently. - Existing distributor or retailer network is an advantage. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Ability to work remotely.
