A background in manufacturing or other industrial products is important because you will be translating technical features into everyday benefits for non-technical buyers. If you already thrive in CRM-driven environments and feel comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms, you will be up to speed quickly. Success metrics are straightforward: the volume and quality of leads you generate, your conversion rate, and the satisfaction scores you document through follow-up calls. I will ask for a short pipeline update every Friday and a summary of customer feedback at month-end to keep us aligned.
