B2B Sales Agent for Ukrainian Industrial Components

Commission-Based International Sales Partner – Industrial Castings & Machined Components We are looking for an experienced industrial B2B sales partner / independent sales representative to develop customers for Ukrainian-manufactured cast and machined components. This is a flexible, commission-based commercial partnership. No fixed working hours, no exclusivity and no activity quotas. What you will sell: - grey and ductile iron castings; - carbon and alloy steel castings; - selected stainless-steel grades; - raw, rough-machined and fully machined components; - turning, milling, drilling, boring and grinding; - heat treatment and surface finishing. Available casting capacity is up to 300 tonnes/month, from samples and small batches to serial production. We provide the complete backend in Ukraine: technical feasibility review, quotations, production coordination, export documentation and logistics calculation. Your role: - identify suitable OEMs and industrial buyers; - develop commercial opportunities and RFQs; - support negotiations together with us; - convert opportunities into orders and recurring business. Primary focus is Europe, with the US and Australia also possible where project economics make sense. We are particularly interested in people with experience in castings, machining, forgings, pumps and valves, heavy equipment components, machinery parts or other engineered OEM products. Existing relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, procurement teams or industrial buyers are a strong advantage. Compensation Compensation is linked to successfully converted and paid business. Commercial terms, account protection and commission are agreed before active sales development begins. Depending on project economics, casting commission may typically be around €0.15–€0.25/kg. For example, a 22-tonne order may represent approximately €3,300–€5,500 in commission, with additional earning potential from machining and other value-added operations. Payments can be structured through Freelancer milestones as customer payments are received. This can become a long-term cooperation with recurring commission from developed industrial accounts.
