We run an on-premise Ameyo dialer system ( EXOTEL) where all dialing services and campaigns are working normally. The original Ameyo CRM module is not active, so agents cannot see customer details while calling. We want to develop a custom CRM interface where agents can see customer information and call details after logging in to the dialer. We already have a developer working on the UI. We need an experienced backend developer who can integrate the CRM with the Ameyo dialer server and build APIs for future integrations. The Ameyo dialer will remain unchanged and will continue to handle all calling. Current System Ameyo dialer installed on local Linux server Root server access available Dialing working normally Agents can make calls CRM module not active Agents cannot see customer data Outbound campaigns running Project Requirements 1. Custom CRM Screen Integration Agents should be able to: Log into Ameyo dialer as usual Open our CRM page in browser Automatically see customer details for the active call CRM should display: Customer name Phone number Lead information Campaign information Call status Call history Notes and disposition fields System should detect which agent is on a call and show the correct customer information. 2. Ameyo Integration Developer must: Connect to Ameyo database Read campaign lead data Detect active calls Match agent with customer record Access call recordings Sync call records 3. API and Webhook Integration System must support APIs or webhooks for integration with our voice automation platform. Required features: API to initiate calls API to fetch call status API to fetch call records Webhook or API for: Call started Call connected Call ended Agent connected Recording available This will allow integration with our voice bot platform.
