Hello, I’m very interested in supporting your booth activities at the Chicago IFT event on July 12–15, 2026. I have experience in small-scale baking demonstrations and product sampling for trade shows, including breads, buns, muffins, and rolls designed for high-volume visitor engagement. I’m comfortable working with portable setups and can bring or adapt compact baking equipment suitable for on-site preparation and continuous sampling. I also have familiarity with functional ingredients, including millet grain/flour and guar gum, and understand how they impact texture, structure, and moisture retention in baked applications. This allows me to adjust formulations on the spot if needed to maintain consistency and product quality during live demonstrations. My focus in booth environments is on producing visually appealing, consistent samples while maintaining efficiency and cleanliness under event conditions. I understand the importance of timing, guest interaction, and maintaining a steady product flow throughout the event days. I would be happy to discuss your specific menu ideas, equipment constraints, and expected daily output so I can prepare accordingly.
